Question 30
What is faith in Jesus Christ?

Answer
Faith in Jesus Christ is acknowledging the truth of everything that God has revealed in his Word, trusting in him, and also receiving and resting on him alone for salvation as he is offered to us in the gospel.

How To Stroke A Cat, According To Science (via The Conversation)

For those of you for whom rubbing your cat up the right way is important.
(Not for those perverse folk who want to keep rubbing cats the wrong way)

Cats are inherently antisocial, people are inherently social, so when the two cohabit there’s going to be some give and take.

Footy Tipping 2019 – NRL Round 19 / AFL Round 19

The Brisbane Lions are second on the AFL ladder after 18 rounds.
Let that sink in.
Regardless of what happens from here that pretty much wraps up coach of the year.
And I was wrong about the Western Bulldogs and the ‘sack a coach’ winning ploy.
I think any underdog team in a grand final should seriously consider sacking their coach in the week leading up to the game. Apparently it’s guaranteed they’d win.

NRL (last round 6/8; season tally 84/136)
Cronulla
Newcastle
Souths
Paramatta
Brisbane
Melbourne
Easts
Canberra

AFL (last round 5/9; season tally 92/153)

Watching The World

Sitting on the veranda watching the world go by.

Have I ever mentioned that I love cities?

No vanilla slice, (or scrolls), but a very acceptable florentine.
