Alton Brown’s Good Eats was a cooking series that combined recipes with background on why the recipes worked. One part cooking show, one part chemistry show, one part comedy. Watching him host other shows isn’t the same. Anyway, this brief video promises a return of Good Eats.
Out on this morning’s walk. I passed on lobster mornay for breakfast.
Marion Grasby’s version looks nicer, but this tastes fine.
