We thoroughly recommend Ginja Japanese Restaurant at Carindale. Modesty means I’ll only show you three of my selections tonight. And for (much) later there are some tubs of Cocofrio dairy-free, gluten-free ice-cream waiting in the freezer.
We used sweet potato vermicelli in our paleo pad thai. I hadn’t expected them to plump up as much as they did. That’s my story, anyway. Mmmmm… pad thai for lunch tomorrow.
