Canterbury Cathedral are featuring twelve carols over the twelve days of Christmas. Here’s Once In Royal David’s City. It has lovely lyrics, though does trend toward being a bit preachy about children’s behaviour. When I sing it I find some of the phrasing forced in the latter verses, but the lyrics themselves are touching.
