Another food history video from Mental Floss; this time featuring Phở . I love Phở as pure comfort food, though probably preferring Laksa as a meal. It depends on mood. (These are completely appropriate thoughts to be posting on Australia Day, though I have already had a BBQ lunch with friends)
Gluten-free Otway fusilli, Fifya vegan basil, spinach and roasted cashews pesto, and La Casa burrata. A little grated lemon rind, olive oil, ground pepper, and parmesan.
Dinner tonight included gluten-free garlic butter and cheese pizzas (one including herbs). They worked well.
