Before Bluray and Multiplex Cinemas there was the Drive-In.
A double feature.
Kids in their pajamas going to sleep during the second movie.
Some idiot turning on their head-lights and washing out the picture during a pivotal scene.
Mostly they’ve all disappeared under Bunnings, shopping plazas or houses, as much a victim of rising land values as VCRs (who remembers VCRs?)
Tonight we’re at the Yatala Twin Drive-In for a triple feature.
For those interested we’re viewing Kung-Fu Panda 2, X-Men First Class (again) and Super 8.

In a break with tradition we’ll use the FM feed and not the window mount speaker.
