Still making Larb with pork instead of chicken. A few prawns this time and working on chili balance. Fit for a family celebration.
Caramilk Marble. Don’t know if the addition of Caramilk to hazelnut praline adds anything more or detracts from each. I suppose research will be entered into at some point.
Tonight’s effort at larb featured pork mince instead of chicken, roasted peanuts instead of almonds; and minor variations of the other elements including tuning the amount of chili. It feels like we’re winning.
