Queensland were never really in the game. A dominant New South Wales performance; and even behind a more dominant forward performance their halves were much better. There was a scuffle though.
There was not much in the lead up or the first forty minutes to suggest Queensland could win. But there you are. An upset.
It’s all over for another year; I’ll see if I have any interest in the State of Origin when it happens. Richmond are a tremendous team, and Dustin Martin exemplified the difference between the two sides. Melbourne are a tremendous team, one that has replaced champion players and their game style with a new games …
