Ed Stetzer has posted some pictures and commentary on his blog about floods that have impacted on Nashville and wider Tennessee in the USA. Apparently they don’t get a lot of flooding, so this is pretty extraordinary.
Steve Salyards lists 16 or so Presbyterian national assemblies which will take place between now and early October. This doesn’t count meetings like the Assembly meetings of the Australian State Presbyterian Churches. (Assembly is the term used for ‘General Meeting’ by Presbyterian Churches, which are usually conducted on an annual basis.)
