Andrew Garfield is a nominee for best actor in the 2022 Academy Awards.
Not for his role as Jim Bakker in “The Eyes Of Tammy Faye” (not even as Peter Parker in “Spider-Man No Way Home”)
Apparently he’s nominated for his role in “Tick, Tick … Boom!”
Which must be something special, because he’s really good as the prosperity preacher.
Jessica Chastain has him covered as the title character, but really each just seem to push the other on.
