As the last few weeks of both home and away fixtures wind down there doesn’t seem to be very much drama in either code. Outside of the top five teams in the AFL and the top four in the NRL both everyone else seems to be making up the numbers, whether they make it or not.
Paramatta and Manly let themselves down badly in the NRL. (With six of the top eight teams losing, albeit two of those to other top eight teams.)
In the AFL Richmond punished me for tipping them. Serves me right.

Hawthorn (saw this weird theory where Hawthorn sneak into eighth place)
