I’ve realised part of the stress I’d accrued was due to this bad (and dumb) habit. Relaxing helps to see that and release it.
Meet Aeropress. Excellent coffee wherever I go, whenever I want. Yeah, I’m using bottled water. Adelaide water is for external use only, not to be taken internally.
There may be a city downstairs as well. Off to explore.
