Cabinet minister Simon Crean demands spill, tells media former PM Kevin Rudd must stand, acknowledges current PM Julia Gillard won’t call spill or stand down, and that he doesn’t have the numbers to be leader himself or even force the spill.
Either he’s had a breakdown or he knows something or he’s just plain wrong.
