Scot McKnight’s The King Jesus Gospel is the subject of a blog tour conducted by publisher Zondervan’s Koinonia blog.
Advance copies of the book are supplied to bloggers who register, and we have to provide a review on our blogs and post them at some online booksellers.
I posted my review here yesterday.
As McKnight unveiled most of his points in the book I had the strangest feeling that I should welcome him for arriving somewhere near where reformed covenant theology has been for centuries.
But that doesn’t quite fit Scot’s paradigm that it is Calvinists who narrowing the Gospel from its full Bible emphasis.

Trevin Wax posted a couple of interesting responses on what he liked and questioned about the book here and here.
At Euangelion Joel Willits is posing a series of questions based on his reading of chapters of the book. You can find them if you go over and look around.
