Dustin Nickerson answers why Mars Hill does not conduct the sort of youth ministry that has commonly come to be associated with church life in the late twentieth century.

Why? Three reasons:
1. Statistically, it isn’t working.
2. Discipleship as seen in Scripture is minimal.
3. The Holy Spirit told us to do otherwise.

I am so getting over the homogeneous unit principle as a consideration in organising church life.
