Some of you will think this is the coolest thing ever.
It strikes me pastors would be statistically over-represented against the general population if their interest in making one of these was surveyed.
One afternoon, about ten years ago, I attended a general information afternoon to introduce members of the clergy to military chaplaincy.
At one point we entered the virtual firing range. The whole thing was computer simulated, with real looking rifles having been mocked up to provide realistic practice. It was suggested that perhaps the visiting cohort would like to try the range out. The only danger was carpet burn, such was the speed with which a score of men of peace hit the ground and started firing. I had the feeling there was a bit of venting going on that day.
HT: another something.
