1. Over-programming confuses fruitfulness with busyness.
2. Over-programming leaves little room for doing mission as opportunities arise.
3. Over-programming can overextend those serving in Church, reducing margin in our lives.
4. Over-programming can dilute our appetite for worship, fellowship and disciple making.
5. Over-programming can have us asking “can we” instead of “should we.”
