I endorse all of these principles.
Particularly the one about finishing on time.
Have an agreed time, or agree on a time at the start of each meeting.
Make sure you know if someone has to leave before that time.
Nothing is more counter productive than meetings which go on until the business is finished.
Business usually expands to fill the time allocated, and will also usually contract to fit in the time allocated as well.
If you haven’t before; try it and see.

Seventeen is important as well. Don’t just meet for business. Even lunch afterward is helpful. If you talk about other subjects and not the business you’ve just conducted.
