Clearing my head on holidays is usually helped by reading: fiction, biography, history.
This Phryne Fisher collection by Kerry Greenwood is a good start. I first encountered this character through an early morning ABC radio book reading I used to listen to while walking the streets at early hours. It was only after that that I watched the ABC’s Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries. So, back to the books. (It’s probably good all the kids were born before all of this. Any of the girls could have made a very cool Phryne)
