Ordinary Time launched their fourth album Joy Brand New with a successful kickstarter project and the prerelease download arrived a few days ago.
Peter La Grand, Ben Keyes and Jill McFadden again provide the instrumental and vocal accompaniment for eleven of their own compositions.
Featuring their signature acoustic sound and harmonies (two male, one female) Joy Brand New features more original works which demonstrate a commitment to expressing present day Christian experiences in a timeless folk sound. Older songs (e.g. Come Ye Sinners) are less prevalent, but the album demonstrates assurance of vision and skill by which the older and newer complement each other seamlessly.

The album releases for sale in a week or so, but preorders for CDs and downloads can be made now.
