Not a bad result last round, NRL:6/8 and AFL:8/9.
As usual there was no real explanation for the NRL teams who lost, and Brisbane haven’t taken long to prove that pre-season form doesn’t mean a thing.
Anyway, this week has a few difficult picks in both comps. I like Brisbane and Canterbury in the NRL, and think Gold Coast and Port Adelaide deserve some respect in the AFL.
