Here’s a folky rendition of O Little Town Of Bethlehem with music by Alex Mejias from High Street Hymns’ Christmas album Love Shall Be Our Token.
Most of the other tracks on this album feature traditional tunes, but I like this reworking.
Notice how the movements in the melody reflect the thematic flow of the texts in the verses.
