Back in December I posted a bunch of photos about the redevelopment of Mount Gambier’s Riddoch Art Gallery and adjoining main corner extension.
This past weekend the public had an opportunity to inspect progress, so here’s another bunch of photos, and down the bottom of the post is a brief capture of the promotional video showing how the gallery itself will be a work of art itself.
Have a look at the first post and then see the progress for yourself.

The old stage area, 'Gallery 2', looking into 'Gallery 1.'

Another view of 'Gallery 2.' The windows look out the rear of the building toward the Cave Gardens

The smaller ground floor area, the 'Community Gallery.'

External construction work, taken from the first floor of the building

Soon to be obstructed view of the main corner. Note the curved 'footprint' of what will be the entry into the foyer.

Here’s the video. There was no sound, apart from incidental background noise.
