In the light of major decisions that involve change there are those who will feel elated and deflated.
What is always challenging though is not to put our hope and trust for the future in such decisions, but to keep faith fixed firmly upon God and His redeeming purpose in Christ as our only hope for any fruitfulness that we may experience.
