In the USA, KFC (that’s Kentucky Fried Chicken for you older folk) introduces the Double Down Burger.
The genius of this death wish is that it dispenses with a bread roll and uses chicken fillets instead. Between the fillets you’ll find two slices of bacon, cheese and sauce.
