This is an animation of Francis Chan’s parable ‘The Big Red Tractor’.
It gets bonus points for the village people reference.
I appreciate Chan’s overall point.
It seems to me though, that the church of the New Testament can be idealised/romanticised and the church of today viewed very pessimistically.
The operating power now and then is the Holy Spirit.
We have to recognise the need for His power and presence, cry out for it, and act in ways that God has indicated that He will work through.
