Committing Scripture to heart in song is one of the means we seek to put God’s Word within us at mgpc.
Karen Lafferty’s basic lyrics and lilting tune (LAFFERTY) is one of the simplest ways to do that.
They verses have no inherent context in the song, but Bible truth memorised is of first importance and context can come.
