For anyone in the AFL states weakening toward the whole ‘It’s time NSW won a series, just for the good of the game…’ sort of sentiment think of it like this: When was the last time you thought it was time for Collingwood to win a premiership ‘Just for the good of the game’? (If you’re a Collingwood supporter, ask yourself the same question, but substitute Carlton for yourselves.) Barracking for Queensland is simply the common good.
