I wasn’t at mgpc this morning, but they sang this arrangement of Here Is Love, which features a chorus/refrain by Kate Simmonds and a 4/4 arrangement on the melody for the verses. It’s by UK group Phatfish, and is featured on their album Anthems.
It’s okay. We’ll keep working at it.
Previously we’ve used the Sovereign Grace music arrangement which also features a new refrain.
To be honest, I’ve never quite figured out why people think the original set of lyrics needs a refrain.
They don’t seem to lack anything.

Here’s the lyrics.
1.
Here is love, vast as the ocean
Loving kindness as the flood
When the Prince of life, our ransom
Shed for us His precious blood
Who His love will not remember?
Who can cease to sing His praise?
He can never be forgotten
Throughout heavenʼs eternal days
Refrain.
Grace takes my sin, calls me friend, pays my debt completely
Love rescued me, seated me with my King forevermore
2.
On the mount of crucifixion
Fountains opened deep and wide
Through the floodgateʼs of Godʼs mercy
Flowed a vast and gracious tide
Grace and love like mighty rivers
Poured incessant from above
Heavenʼs peace and perfect justice
Kissed a guilty world in love
Refrain.
3.
Let me all Your love accepting,
Love You ever all my days
Let me seek Your kingdom only
And my life be to Your praise
You alone shall be my glory
Nothing in the world I see
You have cleansed and sanctified me
God Himself has set me free
Refrain.
