The motor vehicle registration department in Victoria, Australia has announced custom car number plates featuring characters from DC Comics and Looney Tunes cartoons.
The DC ones feature 30 year old stock graphics of the characters and look pretty cheesy.
They even managed to work in a ‘BAM’ as part of their Batman pitch taking us back over forty years to the TV show.
My guess is that the pink Supergirl ‘S’ plates will prove very popular.
On the whole, I’d like to think even licensed materials that you’d buy in the Movie World souvenir shop might look a bit better produced than these.
The Looney Tunes ones, on the other hand, don’t look too bad.
