Mark Driscoll once famously offered a critique of Sydney Anglicanism.
Maybe someone should give him a copy of Muriel Porter’s irenicly titled book Sydney Anglicans and the Threat to World Anglicanism: The Sydney Experiment.
If he visits Melbourne maybe they could compare notes.
Anyway, Mark Thompson (who teaches theology at the Anglican Moore College in Sydney) examines Porter’s book at length and is not impressed.
