How can it be…
That someone who has shared your life for twenty-seven years; who knows your weaknesses, your self-centeredness, your lack of consideration, and your propensity to cutting and inconsiderate words, can not only keep loving you, but love you more generously, faithfully and completely as every day goes by?
How can it be…
That someone who daily battles her own body and the ongoing fatigue that has constantly beset her for half of those twenty-seven years, gives herself so utterly to the needs of her family when it would be so easy to succumb to self-pity?
How can it be…
“Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.”
Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

Thank you for twenty-seven years of life as husband and wife, Margaret.
