There is a meme floating around the internet that scenarios created by the internet cartoon xkcd come true in real life.
Yesterday I linked to a cartoon from the site which had the media electing to interview film maker Michael Bay about worst case scenarios that could arise from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
This morning I awoke to a report that film maker James Cameron has been invited by the Environmental Protection Agency to assist in brainstorming ways to capture the oil flow because of his expertise in deep sea technology.
It’s not perfect, but it’s near enough for me.
