As part of our testimony to one another in psalm, hymn and spiritual song, Paul, one of our elders, composes songs from time to time. This was sung to us today by Racheal.

VERSE 1
Times past a distant memory
Salt fish the Sea of Galilee
Seven demons had control of me
People called me Mad Mary.
I sought Him not but He found me
With a word of authority
He cast those demons out of me.

VERSE 2
As we travelled through Galilee
I saw Him meeting their every need
He healed the sick He fed the hungry
Could this be the Christ of prophecy?
The dead were raised the blind could see
A friend of sinners not the Pharisee
He set forth His face to Calvary.

BRIDGE
Three times He did utter
The Son of Man, He must suffer
They took Him and beat Him
And hung Him on that tree.

VERSE 3
By the cross to the bitter end
I watched Him die and where they buried Him
The women came to care for His body
The stone was moved the tomb was empty.
The tears of loss ran from my eyes
He said my name I turned to see
Jesus my Saviour, Risen King!
The risen King!
I worshiped Him!
Come worship Him!
