The youtube below officially wins the internet for today.
We were subjected to a classic liberal presentation of David and Goliath at my children’s school chapel service last Friday. The application of the story that we were given was that we can face any fear or large obstacle in life. God will even help us. (Even liberal theologians may have found it a bit embarrassing.) Apparently there’s no biblical narrative that cannot be emaciated away to trite moralism.
This is a great palate cleanser for that experience. A perfect blend of Queen and Old Testament narrative. Fun and faithful. It can be done.
