Last Saturday we took the mgpc youth group down to one of our local farms, had a BBQ and then enjoyed a bon-fire. Not one of those wussy city bon-fires. No, this was a real working country bon-fire.
I must stress that the youth were safely in the farm house over a kilometer away when the fire was lit. Needless to say, no marsh-mallows were roasted, either.
We ate them raw.
This youtube shows the fire being lit. I wasn’t there to see it. Beat that big city youth groups.

In addition I saw this on Jared Wilson’s The Gospel-Driven Church blog. Anyone who’s been around a youth group or ministry (country or city) will recognise this as entirely authentic.
