Final day session saw us modify a few program elements in order to avoid being outside in the heat.
Having the chapel to do presentations and play games in, along with the hall for craft, morning tea and more games makes that pretty manageable.
Can’t ever remember so many kids thanking us personally for the program at the end of the week.
Friday night is usually a smaller gathering.
People normally scatter out of town on the last normal weekend before school starts back, so we know we won’t have everyone.
But we still like to try to get families to come along and see what we’ve been doing.
We celebrated with our annual Thursday pizza leader’s lunch.
