Simone and Nathan have both blogged the news that the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Queensland have elected Gary Millar as the incoming Principal of the denomination’s Queensland Presbyterian College.
Nathan mentions that Dr Millar is still to formally accept his election.
I believe Dr Millar holds the degrees: BSc, BD, DPhil. is the Minister of Howth and Malahide Presbyterian churches, he teaches Old Testament Narrative at the Irish Bible Institute.
I’m sure further information will be forthcoming, but this sounds like another step in the Queensland Church’s determination for QTC to be a world class place of study.
