An initial experiment with Macarons.
Yes, I know, I’m that far behind trends.
They cracked on top and have not risen with a ‘foot’, but the taste and texture seem fine.
The (dairy-free) soy based ‘cream cheese’ Choc-vanilla cream filling is a triumph.
I may experiment some more in the future.

Sadly, though, my dairy-free wife doesn’t eat nuts presently so these almond based delights are still off limits.
