When you ask someone if their bedroom is clean and the reply ‘Well… it’s not filthy.’
When you look at a bedroom floor covered in clothes, suggest that the owner of them put on a load of laundry, and then be breezily told ‘It’s okay, there’s not a lot of dirty stuff there.’
